Creatine

At the 2002 annual meeting of the American Neurological Association
(New York City, October 13-16) and simultaneously published in the journal Annals of Neurology, Dr. Clifford Shultz and colleagues a the University of California, San Diego, showed that oral coenzyme Q10 helped slow the progression of Parkinson's disease.

Not all CoQ10 is equal!
The "TRANS" form was used in the Parkinson disease study. The "CIS" form, the most available is not 100% pure and sometimes difficult to absorb, but cheaper.

This study randomly assigned 80 people, who had not be treated to either a placebo or CoQ10 at dosages of 300 mg, 600 mg, and even as high as 1200 mg (please be under a doctor's care when taking dosages, higher than your body weight).
