I had a dream to begin my own company, however I did not have got enough of money to do it. Thank goodness my close fellow recommended to utilize the <a href="http://bestfinance-blog.com/topics/home-loans">home loans</a>. Hence I used the bank loan and realized my desire.

SPRING/SUMMER NEWSLETTER 2009
With all the hype about Acai, and all the super fruits found in nature, let's see what's really true!
We have all heard that Acai, is found in the Amazon rainforest in Central and South America. The natives have consumed this native fruit for generations, and have claimed properties such
as: energy, delayed aging, build the immune system, and effective to eliminate intestinal parasites.
Also, the native population has cited uses of chronic diarrhea and dysentery.
But what does research say?
Acai contains antimutagenic, antiviral, antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. With the antimutagenic agent we can say even anticarcinogenic properties.
In a double-blind, placebo- controlled, crossover trial with 12 healthy people, they tested the claim of antiflammatory
activity. The juice was used as the main ingredient. The clinicalresults were increased levels of antioxidants and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation (protecting from free radical damage).
Another study, proved Acai as a vasodilator! This humble berry
could aid naturally in the treatment of cardiovascular disorders.Another amazing finding is that Human leukemia cells were destroyed when exposed to Acai polyphenolics. For the men, suffering from prostatomeglay, one study was
promising. Two Acai tablets of 80 mg of Acai extract were given daily for one month and they found that the acai
supplement prevented dysuria, indicating that acai may aid in the disease of prostatomegaly. These are just the beginning of the search for natural cures in our diets and may support prevention of civilized diseases
we can do with out.SOURCE: www.nutritionaloutlook.com

Winter 2009

Winter 2009
PERK-UP IN THE NEW YEAR!
In the new year, people are always looking to perk-up, feel
better. New Year's resolutions some come and go many
people feel defeated, fatigued, and have debilitating attitudes.
Instead of reaching for the Caffeine, reach for these energy
producing supplements, to perk you up and not drop you down!
B-reVITAlized
B vitamins are fuel for the nervous system. Our brain
needs a constant flow of glucose to carry out the
cellular functional energy process. Lethargy and
depression are just two energy-depleting consequences
due to a vitamin B deficiency (P. Smith, The Energy Edge,
Washington, DC, Eagle Publishing Company 1999).
B vitamins are often depleted in a stressful situation,
along with a poor diet. Vitamin B 6, niacin and B 2, are of
utmost importance for energy production. Many experts,
state as little as 2 milligrams daily of B 12, folic acid, and B 6
can support a natural lasting energy boost (F. Shallenberger,
Bursting With Energy, Laguna Beach, CA, Basic Health
Publications 2007).
Vitamin B 12, has also been cited for cellular energy uptake.
And less known B-complex Choline has the ability to stimulate
neurotransmitters in the brain, for memory and mood.
We can all agree that mood, can either rob our energy or increase
our energy.
CELLULAR RESPIRATION
We all know the better our oxygen supply, the more energy we have in
our arteries. Most of us don't know that COQ10 is necessary for the
production of cellular respiration, it is solidly dependant on the levels of
CoQ10. As we age, our levels decrease, poor diet and disease
disrupt our production of CoQ10. Low levels can even effect brain
function, and brain function controls everything. Moderate fatigue,
and even chronic fatigue syndrome can be helped by supplementing
CoQ10 (R. Sahelian, All About Coezyme Q10, Garden City Park, NY,
Avery Publishing Group 1998).
THE MIRACLE MINERAL
Forget the shot of espresso, for a quick fix, try a shot of magnesium
instead. Magnesium is necessary for synthesizing protein and
transmitting nerve signals. It also plays an active role in producing
and transferring cellular energy. Magnesium activates nerve signals
that controls digestion, absorption of fats and carbohydrates.
Magnesium is the chemical messanger that 320 dependent enzymes
depend upon so they can be active and do their jobs correctly.
This mineral has been used sucessfully in relieving symptoms
with fibromyalgia, Crohn's disease, pain and fatigue.
It also has been helpful in sleeping a good night's sleep.
(C. Dean, The Magnesium Miracle,New York,NY, Ballentine Books 2007).
If we get a good night's sleep, we have more energy and stamina!
Other energy supplements that have to be mentioned would be
green tea, and ginseng.
Always check with your doctor if taking drug medications, to ensure
optimal health benefits!
